  Beds sagged badly!! Sharp prickles in floor covering. Noisy neighbours. Only food at nearby roadhouse.

  Old motel but great for a good nights rest. Nice and quiet. Owners lovely and professional. Pub right next door to serve dinner. Owners of Lucky Strike very helpful. Left something behind and was notified straight away and kindly sent back to me. Good place to stop over.

  I stayed there mid Sept 2018 and I'm still reeling from it. Trucks parked across the road all night with refrigeration going. I called the cops and got confirmation of cut off time and it's supposed to cut out at 8.00pm . Owner couldn't care less as he has the monopoly.
  Room was ok as I only a good sleep and a shower but ...no conditioner and shampoos in bathroom . Who does this? Also gave me a tiny milk jug for one cup of tea. I also hate 'miserable' My suggestion is drive on to Dubbo. I had a full days drive ahead of me next day and didn't shut my eyes for the truck refrigeration noise . I Ieft at 4.00am exhausted!!!. It's a huge concern for travellers.
  I read the owners are about to retire...yep it's time. Give someone else a go that cares..
